CASPR Technologies provides continuous air and surface disinfection technology for indoor environments. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or receive business correspondence from our team.
Business contact information — name, company, role, email address, phone number — obtained either directly from you or from publicly available and commercially licensed business sources. We do not collect special category personal data, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
To contact you about CASPR's products, to respond to enquiries, and to keep records of correspondence. We process this information on the basis of legitimate business interest in reaching organisations that may benefit from indoor air quality technology.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business — email delivery and CRM providers — under contract and only for that purpose, or where we are required to by law.
You can opt out of our correspondence at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing info@casprtech.com. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We honour opt-out requests promptly and permanently.
We keep business contact records for as long as they remain relevant to our correspondence with you, and remove them on request.
